Photo Kermath Diesel Model 4 ?????

The tag says kermath diesel model 4 ???? this is a newer marine engine than most... what was it used on? I have a chance to buy this and was wondering what it was worth? It turns over and still has the starter generator still mounted on it. Here are the photos http://s101.photobucket.com/albums/m...dener/Kermath/

Looks pretty much like the 5hp Lister/Petter diesel I had a few years back.
