Default New acquisition...WONDER PUMP ENGINE.

Hi all....just acquired this engine...it's a WONDER PUMP and ENGINE CO. of Vancouver B.C. CANADA. I haven't been able to find out much information about it. I gather they were common to the west coast of Canada but probably didn't get much further then that. If anybody has any information that they would care to share it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot....

Alex, nice find! I'm pretty sure there is one very similar in the Vancouver Maritime Museum. You should talk to Leonard McCann, the Curator Emeritus, he'll know which one I mean.

PS: No, I checked my photos and this is not the same as the one I was thinking of. However, if you start with the old Vancouver Directories, you will learn something about the company. I did have some basic info on them, but the files are inaccessible at the moment.
