Default IHC Famous 1/4 scale

Hello,i would like someone who has one of these 1/4 scale IHC Famous tank cooled engines to tell me how you start and run yours. The engine i have seems that the gov. weights hit the speed throttle control or the end of it where the cotter pin is ,could the flywheel have been pressed on the crank too far?could someone tell me how much movement the governor collar moves?I feel this flywheel needs to be pulled closer to the end of the crank.anyone care to help me out
thanks
Ed
