ANY BODY OUT THERE GOT MUCH EXPERIENCE WITH THE GOVERNOR AJUSTMENT ON A 4.5 HORSE SEAGER OLDS ENGINE. HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING IT TO RUN CONSISTANT. HAVE REFILED THE LATCH PAWL, THAT DID HELP SEEMS TO BE MULTIPLE ADJUSMENTS. ALSO WHAT IS THE RECOMENDED RPM. THANK RANDY

I have one of these and I had trouble with the adjusting screw spring, mine was real touchy, had to try several springs to get it right and put a real light spring on the gov weight. You have to set the adjusting screw on you lockout so when the weight flys out it will let the lockout catch.
