Default Mep 026a

I just got an MEP 026A gasoline genset, build date 1974, 28 VDC 104 Amps. The engine is an OHV flat four, air cooled, 3600 RPM, MS 39299, Model 4AO32. It has a ring gear and place for an electric starter, but no starter except a rope pull. Are parts like carb kits and fuels pump kits and manuals available for these, and is there anywhere I can buy a manual for it? It hasn't run in years, but it turns over smoothly with some compression. The hour meter shows about 560 hrs.
