Default 1924 GMC fire truck

I am with the Goldendale fire dept. We have a 1924 GMC that lost the fan right into the radator. RAdator is fixed. Bur I need help with the pully on the water pump. Dose any one have a water pump and or pully. any pic of how maby to re buid it. thank you John
