Default Tugn'Tow

I found a great three wheeled scooter to tow my stationary engine around with. I've never seen another one like it and can't find any info on it. It's called a Tugn'Tow and is powered by an electric motor that is mounted above the front wheel. To put it into reverse, you just turn the steering wheel 180 degrees. That gets the chain driven front wheel going in reverse. Two car batteries are in the rear and have their own chargers that plug into a wall outlet. Appears to be from the 50's-60's and looks great pulling a stationary engine on a cart.
Has anyone ever heard of one of these things?
