Default 1975 IHC 200 series fire truck engine?

Today I had a choice of finishing combining corn or going to the city surplus auction. I went to the auction and held my hand up at the wrong time. I got this truck.

It is a 1975 International 4X4 200 series chemical fire truck with 3396 miles as of now. It has Dana 70 axles front and rear with 4.88 gears.

The engine has a Carter Thermoquad carb. I was thinking only 392s had 4 bl. carbs. The current fire cheif thought the engine is a 345.

The block casting number looks to be 464507 C2 . Might be 434 or 484? Is this a 392 or a 345?

I went back to the truck and did some more looking for the line setting sheet. I found it on the backside of the glove box. Its a 392.
