Hello all, could anyone tell me how to correctly time a wisconsin G-213 twin. Also need some intel about the age and HP......Thanks (this engine was a Gimme, but does run with backfiring)

No expert here on Wisconsin but I have never heard of your engine. The only Wisconsin twin I have worked on is the TJ, TH, THD vertions. I have a THD on a 180 amp Lincoln portable welder. These engines are two cylinder verticals.
