Is the new attachment part of the site down?I have tried to post some pictures at home and at school, I can find them, put them in the box,...this thread has 3 replies and has been viewed 315 times

Is the new attachment part of the site down?
I have tried to post some pictures at home and at school, I can find them, put them in the box, then when I click on upload, it says "Internet explorer can not open the webpage"

Just trying an attachment...... Maybe a pop up blocker is stopping it at school and dial up at home?????
