need help to i.d. this mag bracket. the mounting bolts are 2 7/16 in. center to center there is a...

Default Wico mag bracket 9013k ID?

need help to i.d. this mag bracket. the mounting bolts are 2 7/16 in. center to center there is a no. 9013k cast into it. thanks for any and all help. john

i would have to say that it is a stover ct mag bracket garyyour right not ct but for kb and kg style stover

It's not for a Stover CT engine, they don't have holes for a sparkplug, just an L shaped casting with two horizontal and two vertical holes. It might be for a Stover of some sort with the K in the number.

its a type 2 drive so that puts it into the 1920's. its not a masssey harris type 2 because the plug hole is on the other side. hope this info helps some.

John,

I have that bracket on my Stover KA, to mount the Wico EK Magneto. The 9013K is the old Symbol number, new Symbol is 42K according to the Stover Repair manual.
