Per Mroz's truck book: "...Front axles, engines, clutches and transmissions were built by Dodge with Graham's rear axles and steering. The electrical systems were...by Northeast and carbs were Detroit Lubricator. In 1927 Dodge bought out Graham Bros outright, and 1/4, 1/2, 2 and 21/2 ton models were added...some with 60HP 6cyl ...designed by Dodge but built by Continental...".
1930 parts catalog shows Dodge, Dodge Senior and Dodge Victory engines in var 4 and 6 cyl models, a 6cyl "Gas electric" with a Cont 14H, and another unidentified (as to model) 6 cyl with a Cont 7T.
Another period catalog, under Graham Bros, 1920-27, 1-11/2T, says "see Dodge".
My apologies if this is stuff you already know.
There're various Dodge truck sites, and some places that have some obsolete Continental parts, depending on what you need...

Wellll, lessee here...my list shows dodgetrucks.org and dodgetalk.com, but I'm really not familiar with either....lots of stuff will pop up if you Google antique Dodge truck or vintage Dodge truck...general truck sites I follow are aths.org and the Classic Truck forum on ytmag.com; a smaller site is antiquetruckclubofamerica.org...again, more will pop up Googling antique truck forums or vintage truck forums. There may even be a group or club of Graham Bros owners.
Be sure to check the "parts and supplies" threads on aths; it's where the guys post all kinds of suppliers of hard to find or obsolete stuff.
You'll probably find more sites than you have time to follow. Oops: If you do have the Cont engine I'll post or email some places to try. Good luck.
