Default Manuals for Military engines and Generators

I see several people are looking for manuals for their Mil. engines and/or generators. Here's the site for the www. logsa. army. mil downloadable manuals in pdf.
Yoy want to go to the line lableled EM Number : enter the value 0086 . It should take you to a page listing all the publicly available manuals. There are short discriptions of each and a listing by TM#.

OH. If you have an NSN number, they are only useable if the item is still in use or production. Once the item is no longer available, read: replaced by another item or eliminated completely, the NSN number is no longer valid. At that point the only chance I can see is to find a paper listing for the time it was available.

When I click on the link that you provided, "what does, There is a problem with this website's security certificate, mean?"

Thanks,

Roland-

I think that the error message is from your web browser, not from the website. As far as I can tell, you just check "OK" or "Proceed" (whatever option is given) and go on your way.

The "S" in the URL's "HTTPS" has to do with security. Since www.logsa.army.mil should be a trusted site, I wouldn't worry about a problem with their security certificate unless I had to enter my credit card number!

I can get to the listing of the available TM's but when I try to download one by clicking on either the file number or the TM #, I am sent to a login screen at LIW (Logistics Information Warehouse). I have used the logsa site several times previously and never had any problems. Anybody else having this problem? Any ideas? Thanks

Peyton

If you get the login page, you are trying to access a manual that is "restricted"
