The bearings are babbitt, babbitt is a relatively soft white metal (not lead) mostly tin with some antimony, copper and sometimes trace amounts of other metals. It is melted and poured into the block, main caps, rods and rod caps. Once cool shims are usually placed between the bearing halves and then each assembled bearing is machined to fit its respective bearing journal. All of this is to say you can't buy them (bearings) as you would on a modern engine.
I'm one of the last in the central states area that pours and bores horseless carriage engines but if you are on the east or west coast I would think babbitt service would be a bit more common.
I use Egge for parts and have had pretty good luck with them. Russell
