I NEED HELP PU-708/g 30 kw.

shrug:Hi, I bought a military generator with a motor that runs great is a detroit 2-71 but the generator does not generates electricity.because in a long time has not been turn on, what cant i do?? if someone can provide a posible solution it will be apreeciated. I have been trying to find something in the web for it and I have not found anything..manuals,diagrams,e.t.c.the generator make is condec.brushless. thanks again.....
