Default Steering Gear ID

Any ideas on these - not Ford- 16" wheel,45" OAL-#1RKL and 1RK72.

I would say they are from an early to mid teens Reo car or light truck. It has been a few years since I worked on one, but both the gears, spark lever, and gas lever all look to be Reo.

F6Forest, I would say Roger is right about it being early Reo. This steering is 1914 Reo 2 1/2 ton, not exactly the same, but close. This one has an adjustable thrust roller to support the sector gear where as yours appears to be a fixed thrust roller. Maybe this is the new improved version.
