Default NOVO paint

I am ready to paint my 3HP Novo "S" I was told the color was Dupont 93-77161. My local NAPA dealer has told me that it is not a good number. Any other suggestions? Thanks

NOVO is DuPONT 4190 green on most "S" engines but I have seen some early serial numbers painted dark green, almost black. NAPA will have a changeover list to MARTIN SENOUR paints

Mark, Can't say about the S Models but 93-77161 is used on the later "ROLLR" engines. Dale

Not to change the subject, but I need to know how to ID. the Noso S. What is the difference ???

Mine is a 3 HP. upright. Would this be an "S" engine ?????

If so, I now have a paint # to work with.

Thanks,

Jim

Jim, Does your NOVO have a round hopper or a rectangular hopper? The S models had the round hoppers and the later "ROLLR" engines had the rectangular hopper. Dale

Thanks Dale

Now I know the difference. Mine has the round hopper.

Thanks again,

Jim
