Default How to make a hit & miss engine out of a 3hp lawn mower engine?

Looking for a project to do during the winter months besides working on antique cars, and figured since moneys tight why not build a little hit & miss out of a lawn mower engine. What should I use for flywheels and were would I put them on the engine?

Thanks for the help, suggustions and ideas
CHRIS

I know one has harmonic balancers from an older ford engine . Heard of using weights from a weight lifters barbells. They may have to be sleeved to crank size.
