Default Got her goin!

I finally got some coal and a fired up my blacksmithing forge this morning, got her going good, it took a little while to get it started, but I got it started, I was planning on melting some aluminum popcans into some molds I made, and I was heating it up and before the aluminum turned liquid the cast iron ladel melted so now I cant do any of that cause of the melted ladel!

Now I have to find another ladel so I can try to melt some more.

Just thought I'd share about what happened today, if anyone out there has a Ladel they want to sell, let me know

Also any advice for next time I go to melt some aluminum.

Thanks, Chris

I know what I did and I really did screw up, I had too much heat and air and that caoused a blow torch effect, thus the cast iron ladel melted, I wont do that again!
