The serial number makes it roughly a 1924 depending on whose website you look at for info. These...

Default FM Z Dishpan - Throttler or Hit &Miss?

The serial number makes it roughly a 1924 depending on whose website you look at for info.

The pictures are hard to see however it looks like there is a gov. rod connecting to the carb. This would make it a throttling governed engine.

By the way, The serial number range that I have for 1924 is 573139-603361.
