Default Jenbach Diesel Air Compressor

I'm working on a Jenbach Compressor for a friend and having a hard time locating parts for it. The unit hadn't run in quite awhile when he aquired it. I got the engine to run, but it was nearly impossible to get it started. The engine had extreme blow by. When I pulled the cylinder head and piston I found why. The engine had overheated at one time, badly scored the piston, and broke out two ring lands. The cylinder appears to be alright. The bare minimum of parts needed are piston, rings, water pump seal (already have the bearings), and gaskets. I can have the gaskets made, if I can locate the rest. Here are the spec numbers:

Chassis tag
Americ Jenbach Corp
Burlington, N.C. USA
Type 78 JW
Year 1963
Chassis number 3599213
Engine number 15240

Engine tag
Jenbacker Worke
Tirol Austria
Type 78K
compressor number 15240

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks, Matt.

You might look at the similar threads on this site. Looks like a couple of the fellows have some literature and also looks like GE has taken over Jenbach. We have one but do not know where to find parts. You might advertise for a parts engine.

For the water pump shaft seal, Look at MSN's current Catalog on pages 4314 thru 4316. They have many shaft seals like engine water pumps use.
