Default Is This a Hercules?

I'm helping a friend get into engines, and just picked this up for him to restore. I can't tell if a Jaeger, Hercules, or Arco.

This engine has a 3 1/2" bore and a fuel tank fill hole in the front of the base. The hole in the back of the base is only half opened, the casting is not knocked all the way through. There is a reducer in the spark plug casting to accept a small plug.

Also, what color is factory for this engine. It has Jaeger blue underneath the black on the flywheels.

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks
