Need help to identify this engine cart...Trying to figure out what type of engine cart this is, I originally thought that it was Waterloo,...this thread has 1 replies and has been viewed 414 times

Trying to figure out what type of engine cart this is, I originally thought that it was Waterloo, but it has some differences from others that I have seen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The wheels are 17 inches and the axles are 34 inches long.
