Default Home built Saw-mill

This is a project I've been working on for a month at least, it's only a protype to see if it works, and it does.....
Powered by a meths fired Jensen 75 (My biggest engine) I'm pleased with the result.

I had to gear it down to 60-1 to get the "trolly" at the right speed, the 3" gear at the back is a floater, the front one is hooked to the shaft, took some working out, no plans!!

Now I've gotta build a nicer looking base and ditch the chipboard, and a few other ugly items. ( that 3" pulley in front has been machined, 3 - 3/8"holes drilled in the face and painted)
