Default Throttle Governed Novo Video

It was so nice out side today that I decided to run a few engines. Here is a video of a 1 1/2 Hp Throttle governed Novo.
It holds the intake valve down to regulate the speed.

Enjoy

David,
There is no tag but I did find some numbers on the Hopper. Best I can tell is 3738C but the third and fifth numbers were hard to read. The C could be a 6 but it looked more like a C. Also if you are looking at it from the valve side it runs counter clockwise. All the Governor parts have casting numbers of 1 1/2 S on them so I believe it is a factory setup.
What do you guys think?
Tom

I've one just like it with the same Gov Set up. Mine is tagged Dyneto Electric, Syracuse, NY By Novo. Oddly enough my Gov parts are also painted a different color just like yours. Leaving early this morning to visit Family, I'll get the serial number when I'm back it's low begins with a 3 also.
