An Easter gift for me been looking at these for two years and I finally got him to sell em to me...

Default Unknown Hit Miss engine Plus 3 others

An Easter gift for me been looking at these for two years and I finally got him to sell em to me Two fairbanks one Root & VanderVoort.That I want to talk about in a different thread.This one is unknown to the previous owner and me it is pretty complete,even has two pulleys looks to be around the 3 horse size and the fuel tank has been a mouse house for a while,It still has the brass tag on to all it says is Engine #322691 RPM 475 and H.P. 3.But not who made it.Need your help on I.D. for this old girl.Thanks Shawn

1925 Economy, probably a S, I see it has a Wico mag. It should have the letter stamped on the tag. Nice engine I like the R&V too.

Thanks for the info when I was unloading I noticed the gov. side flywheel has a crack on one spoke and on the center of the flywheel boss next to shaft both tight cracks but did not notice in poor light of shed I hope it can be fixed but seems kinda scary,but I suppose thats for a different thread

I beleve it is a econmy or hercules. It may be part of the sears and robuck production.
