Default Swedish export to USA 1923

Hi, I am looking for information about a Swedish stationary engine exported to USA in 1923. The engine, a vertical hotbuld engine of about 3-6 hp, was sold to, James L. Shay, Hickory Dell Farm, Fairfield, Conn, USA.
We know them under the name Regulax, and it seems that Regulax firm got some American patents over the years. Still only one singel engine is known to have been exported.

Perhaps there is somebody out there who got the engine, know something or at least know the location given. I enclose a photo of what the Regulax engine might have looked like.

Don't know if you've already tried to run this down, but, if not:
There's an obit for a James L Shay III, who died April 22, 2007, in Ohio, or, at least, the obit's under an Ohio undertaker: boringsheridanfuneralhomes.com...
The Google thumbnail says grandparents were "...the James L Shays of Hickory Dell Farm, Fairfield, Ct...". (I don't have program to get into the undertakers website to read the whole obit).
With the "farm" well enough thought of/known to rate a reference in the obit, it may be a "Heritage" farm or some such historical designation, and farm records may've been preserved that relate what happened to the engine. As thrifty as New Englanders often are, it may even still be there.
Google Fairfield, CT; the Chamber of commerce will be able to put you in touch with the local Historical Society. Good luck.
