I got this engine running yesterday after a 30+ years rest. My dad had this running in the late 1970's and has been sitting in storage under cover since then. 7 or 8 years ago I moved it into the rear of the shop with intentions of working on it, but it was moved out after sitting there for a couple of years. It is going to the California Gold Engine Exposition next week.
There are no serial number plates and it came off a wooden grain harvester that my grandfather had. Anyone know of a way to date it? Thanks, Dave |

Thanks for the pictures Dave. I am building the Cole's model of the Holt engine. Have it about 75% done. The pictures were refreshing to say the least.
