Witte MD 12 Torque Specs

I have a manual but it is rather general. I need torque specs. Does anyone have a manual for a Witte MD 12 with torque specs? Right now I need cam case bolt specs and the flywheel nut specs. I'm sure I'll need more eventually. Thanks

Cam Case Bolts-----------------35-45 lbs./ft.
Nozzle Holder Nuts-------------110-130 in./lbs.
