My Generac 9344-1 has a normally closed low oil pressure switch. Where can I get a normally open oil pressure switch? It is 10psi and 1/8 thread.

The automotive 2 prong switches are normally open, you'll just have to ground one terminal. They are available in 1/8" pipe, you may have to look in the catalog. Mid 80's GM cars used them. When I saw the Attakapas name I figured you were in Louisiana.

NAPA would probably be a good source for your pressure switch.

The Chrysler car equipped with the "Lean Burn" system has a oil pressure switch that is three terminal. The center grounds with no oil pressure and the outside two are open. When oil pressure is applied the center terminal is un-grounded and the outside two terminals are connected.
