Blackstone oil engine

Hi all, I had a mate ring me yesterday asking if I can forward any info on a blacktone. Engine number 118873, has some patent No also 19640-02, 24600-03. Still waiting for photos but would seem to be a portable going by description?
Any help would be most welcome.
