Not for sure but it might be a One Minute engine. I think they made a few different styles of them. Not sure who's engine this is, maybe someone else will know.

Thanks Nick. I talked to you @ coolsprings last year & I remember you recognized it, but lost your contact info. I'm guessing they are pretty scarce. Anyone else know anything about these???
