Default Help ID Unknown ignitor

I picked this up the same time as the other large unknown ignitor. Same question, can anyone identify or give some passable application where it could work?

It looks like there was more to the casting bod and that broke off. I am tempted to grind it down and looks like there would be a nice classic oval.

Looks kinda like a stover, but I wouldn't swear to it. The mag brackett is broke off.
