Default McCormick Deering Walking Plow V302B

Found myself a Walking Plough which was made at the IHC works in Hamilton, Ontario, just don't know when. I can't identify this in any of the Wendel books or online. Stamping says McCormick Deering V302B made in Hamilton. She wasn't even three mile away from the original plant in someones backyard. Any help on identifying this so I can get the correct paint colour would be much appreciated. Not sure if this green is original or not.

The IH Paint Committee Decision in 1927 calls for plows to be Red, White and Blue, so if this green paint is original, the plow pre-dates this decision....still searching.

Closest yet to an Oliver walking plow.

Deere did plows well......Oliver did them best.
Almost EVERY current plow manufacturer has adopted the Oliver design.

You don't see too many 2 bottom walking plows like that... Just saw one in an article in Small Farmer's Journal the other day.

I see that IH also absorbed the Oliver Chilled Plow Works Plant in Hamilton, right next door in 1918.

One must always consult the gurus to get closer to the truth.

Membership Chairman - Larry Smith of IH Collectors Chapter 20 has provided the best answer so far. Pegs the plow about 1922.
