Sumpoiler, many thanks also for your indication of assistance. My tractor is numbered 5F759-163-4529,these numbers are located on the firewall at the rear of the engine stamped onto an aluminium plate. Can anyone confirm this is the engine number etc as I cannot locate one anywhere on the motor. Many thanks,Norm

Finally found the engine number, located on top of the bell housing above the starter motor.
Number is 1514?565,(number 4 could also be a lazy 0).
Can anyone confirm if this tractor is a Fordson Major or a Power Major ?
Bonnet says Power Major but bonnets can be replacements.
Many thanks,Norm
