I needed a new master cylinder for my mini dozer, so i went searching on ebay. Well, most people wanted $250.00+ for one "1929 Cadillac" is the model of master cylinder it takes. Well, i stumbled upon one that is factory reconditioned for $27.50 + $9.95 shipping, so i grabbed it up quick. Well i paid through paypal and when i got home from work tonight, the seller refunded me $1.10 because shipping was lower than what he had calculated. Just goes to show, there are a few good sellers on ebay.

Hopefully we can re-pay the favor to someone, for the honest kind things others have done for us and continue the circle of honesty, truthfulness and just being a good person. I certainly try to do that when I can. So many people have treated me that way, and a few, the wrong way, but, by in large most are as us, honest.

I've given a few people refunds on excess shipping over the years. Have to charge a little bit extra to help make a dent in the shipping materials such as bubble wrap and several yards of tape on each package, or buying special boxes for some items, but sometimes the package ends up weighing in less than I originally calculated and the actual shipping is substantially less. People are always happy to get that difference refunded to them.
![]() Unfortunitely there are others on there that overcharge on everything adding $8-10.00 or more to the postage, and one tool dealer I found in California that charges Another $10.00 Extra for fifty cents worth of bubble wrap or $15.00 Extra if you want foam padding.

One of the guys on the kawasaki triple forum ( two stroke three cylinder motorcycles from the 60s/70s) sells parts on ebay and has his shipping just slightly higher.
What he does is put the the refund in cash in the package. So if you paid $15 for shipping and the actual cost was $12.50, he'd put $2.50 in the with the parts. The good guys are still around but unfortunately there aren't enough of them. ![]() Jeff |

This sounds like Starbolt, one of the suppliers here, I ordered my parts through mail, and when they came there was a dollar attached to my receipt cause I over paid. I have ordered from starbolt many times since my first order, because of that.

Depends on eBay seller if it says Shipping and handling otherwise it says shipping. Sometime small dollar amount sold on eBay require to purchase box and packing would add up handing plus closest amount of shipping. One time I sold 2.99 worth of books to France plus shipping cost 42.00. I forgot to add handling cost to purchase material. I end up not make any money 2.99= -31
Two times I have immediate shipping prior to their Birthday date. They gave me 2 and 5 dollar tips in the PayPal. Cool.
