I noticed that engine fired 1,2,3....do all 3 cylinder engines have that firing order??

Well, considering the only other firing order is 1-3-2, which when the engine is running would be 1-3-2-1-3-2-1-3-2-1-3-2, it would look like 3-2-1 (or 1-2-3). Either way, the cylinders are firing from one end to the other in consecutive order.
