Default Old Miller welder model 61 p

I HAVE A MILLER MODEL# 61P WELDER serial #13849, Can anyone tell me what year it was made and if an owners manual is avalible? It looks to me that it was made in the early 60s maybe.it has a crank on the top works great still. I have emailed the miller web site and the keep asking me to check the serial number. There should be at least one or two letters before 13849. but there is not.
I am not a welder yet. I am teaching my self how to weld.

Cool Re: Old Miller welder model 61 p

The list on their website starts in 1967 with the prefix in the sn so if its older than that it may only have the numbers like yours...Bob
