Default Dayton 3 cfm air compressor

I have acquired a Dayton air compressor which the tag on the mounting plate says it is 3/4 hp, 550 rpm, and 3 cfm. This unit is very old, and is currenlty powered by a Wisconsin AB. There is no build date or other info (other than the serial #) to be found. Anyone have any ideas on where to begin to find literature of technical info on this compressor???
