It's another what is it??A friend at work wants to know what this is. It has 60 REV. PER. MIN. embossed on it. :shrug: Looks...this thread has 4 replies and has been viewed 403 times

A friend at work wants to know what this is. It has 60 REV. PER. MIN. embossed on it.
Looks like it came from a lathe but it has a wood handle. It also has a screw that looks like it will keep it on the end of the shaft when not engaged and a small hole that looks like it would be for a roll pin. I'm just guessing, so has anyone seen one of these or got any ideas??
