Arrow Ole lonely Maytag kitty sick needed cat scan!!

Well no joke poor kitty (yes his real name) has been sick with a lung infection (yes this is also true). Took him to a vet and he was given grim hope of surviving. He is taking Amoxicillian and a Lasix pill. He is doing much better but we are going to take him to a different vet. Although she (vet) requested a cat scan so to save some money we did it at home.

The scan results are pictured below!

The problem now is that we need someone that can read this cat scan. Does anyone in Staks know how to do this?

Joking aside Kitty was sick and is doing better but he is going to a different vet for a second opinion because the first one acted like he needed to be put down.

He is doing really good and we have hopes that the little begger lives a long time!

Danny,

Glad to hear your cat is doing better, I agree completely about the second opinion, some vets shouldn't be vets.

As far as the cat scan, I see four paws and a tail, I would say all is well.

Danny,
Cats are a little like engines:

IMHO, if nose is pink and slightly wet, and cat can breathe and open its eyes, chances are pretty good for it. If it eats and drinks, and uses litter box or whatever as needed, chances are even better. If cat meows, purrs, rubs and demands attention, it is in pretty good shape. If it stampedes the length of the house, plays with toys and people, and gets into mischief, it is definitely hitting on all cylinders.
