Default Cast Iron Steam Engine. Toy or?

Got this little steam engine and i was wondering if anyone knows who made it, and maybe what it was used on? The base measures 4"x9" with 4" flywheels and the complete unit weighs 17 pounds. All cast iron and a few brass parts.

I would say the two items that say working engine, are the full size valve, and the V belt drive pulley.

As to what it was on the same engine was used on what ever the person buying it could make it work on. And depending on the mounting holes and type of engine. It could be mounted vertical or horizontal.

You can see my other posts for more info

Not that engine but the type, and the fact more of these "TOY Engines" are modified or just removed from service real steam engines.
