If you can't find it locally at a hardware store or a plumbing supply shop, our old friends at McMaster-Carr Supply company, as usual, has bar solder in several different alloys including 50-50.

McMaster-Carr will have it......but MAN oh MAN you are going to pay for it.......
Check with a local welding welding products distributor such as Airgas.
You can check prices and/or order online http://www.airgas.com/ at the "filler metals" button.

I believe the Eastwood Tool Company sells that too for 'old school' body work. You should be able to find their website by doing a google search, otherwise they advertise in most of the car magazines.
