Hi how does the piston & bore look from the exhaust port. If it looks at all ruff in there there is only one thing for it. That is block off & in to a press. If you try to force it you could end up very sad

this might sound simplistic but time and patience are your best tools when it comes to a stuck engine.
i unstuck a 1947 Farmall cub engine a few years ago , took me about 3 months
took the head off and filled the bores with my favorite weasel juice, put the head back on loosely and took a look inside once in a while when i was close by.
after about 1 month i noticed the juice level getting lower on a couple of pistons so i added more juice .
now i started to pull up on the hand crank every morning before work and rock the tractor back and forth in gear.
one morning before work i pulled up on the crank and by jesus if she didn't move a little so i took a BIG screwdriver and turned the starter ring gear back the opposite way.
now this was getting fun , she was on the move and i was winning the battle between man and inert rusty iron.
i also paid close attention to the valves which are in block(she's a flathead)
didn't want to bend them all up so i juiced them up good too.
long story short ; freed the engine up using more brain then muscle and ended up with a nice snow pushing machine for cheap.
good luck with your project
Dan

Along with the weasel wizz on tops of the piston I put a 5 gallon bucket on the crank handle and fill it with rock/sand/steel scrap. It adds some pressure to the pistons and you will be happy to go out and see the bucket sitting on the ground.

Found this one a while back. Never had the oportunity to try it yet, but I can't see why it wouldn't work.
