What brand cart is this

Hi, I found this in the woods near me. I do not recognize the brand. It is a saw rig. Thanks M&WJoe

Hi Joe, Looks like IHC to me also.... If you look on the castings the will be a GXXX # cast in them. Even the retainer rings that are pinned to the axle. Fred

I have to get it first. It is in a new housing developement that sprung up overnight. It was in the woods years ago and the owner would not sell. It is out now and I will try to get it. He is using it for a yard ornament. I explained what I thought it was and he looked at me funny. I`ll try again. Thanks guys. M&WJoe
