Pretty shocking scenes on BBC News this morning, and a big heads-up for the US Military: This guy was a psychiatrist according to reports that we have seen.

Our thoughts go out to the families and friends of the deceased and the 30+ wounded.

I also saw this this morning and was very disheartend by it. Makes me wonder about how the military trains and places people. I once had a guy from the army working for me and he was supposed to be a mechanic. He kept telling me that a grade 5 bolt was a grade 3. I am not trying to say that I don't appreciate what some and probably most of our soldiers do but sometimes I have to wonder when encounters like this come about.
Anyway I do want to offer my thoughts and prayers to the deceased and the wounded and all others that are suffering through this horrible event.
