Default Chainsaw identity

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I have a friend who has an old vitage chainsaw that he'd like to sell. He was told that it is a 1936 Mall Bulldog with a mach 9.2 motor. From the ID plate it looks to be a Lombard 36-223. I've linked to a few photo's. Can someone tell me something about this chainsaw and what it might be worth. It is in running condition. I've seen it run shortly off the prime. It weighs around 30 lbs.

Thanks. Now all I need is to find out what it's worth and then a potential buyer. Is this model rare to be found in running condition?

Personnaly:
It all depends on what it is worth to you......some people through them in the garbage other will try to restore them.
This is a question you should never ask a collector.
It should be made privately and the transaction should not be in the public view. I would post a "for sale" add open to offers.
Pick the offer you are satisfied with.

It has to do with the time/space continium, do you have the time to mess with them, the space to keep them, without destroying the continium of peace at home?
