Default ID by casting numbers?

I found a few pieces of rust today and am hoping for a little help. A set of flywheels on the crank around 2 hp size with the counterwieghts similar to a waterloo, casting # CB2 or CH2. A hooper and cylinder cast as one piece 5 studs for the head and three studs to mount to the base, flange mount not shelf mount, casting # CB4 or CH4. Base that appears would mount to a subbase, and looks like it either went through a fire or would have shell type bearing inserts no casting numbers. Looks similar to a United without a hole for the igniter. Thanks in advance. Chris

Chris,
Hit & Miss Enterprises has an "I.D. by Casting Number" list but I did not see your numbers on it.

Photos might help more.

Thanks Doug, I will try to get some pics in a couple days when it warms up a little. Of course I didn't have a camera with me at the time. Hows things up on the coast this winter? Last time I was there our little friend in the woods was completely uncovered like someone had been snooping around. I covered it back up the best I could...such a shame.

Still there & mostly covered. I do the same but not with snow on the ground .... afraid tracks would draw attention.
