So sorry you got nothing. We got 20" and this morning it was 14 degrees F when I got up. I have to go out and do some more snow removal before the Tuesday storm comes through .

Exclamation Re: Greetings from New Jersey

I too am in NNJ - two towns away got 3 to 6 inches. We got squat here, like Oldfatguy, we were geared up - 4 wheeler all set to ride, snowblowers ready to go, my 1A21 ready to make power, and the power wires strung to the house AND ---NOTHING BOO HISS Oh well, they say another storm is coming Wednesday. The grandkids are still waiting to ride their sleds!

looks like we will finally get some snow with this latest storm.I haven't see more than 2" so far this year,it would be nice to have a chance to play with some of my old clunker snow blowers and see how well a 50 year old machine can still go [I mean the snow blowers and not me because I sure can't run as fast as I used too ] If you are here on the east coast, enjoy the weather and have fun.

So, get your donkey and blowers over to Lancaster County, PA where we got dumped-on, and have a snow-blow-a-thon. While you're at it, the driveways at R&T need cleared. Let me know when you're coming and I'll supply fuel, hot drinks and Cinnamon rolls.

ps. are you really always grumpy, or are you a wannabe grump ?

jim,I think that I have gotten a bit more grumpy the older that I get, thanks for the offer. We did get about 8 inches of snow and I was able to run a few of the 50 year old clunkers to clear the drive way.the last few snow falls we only got a inch or less so this was the best one so far and I heard that there is more on the way. This time I will see if the 1962 Jari will fire up

I have about 40 small engines now, half are on some type of equipment. To me,it's more enjoyable if the engine actually drives something rather than being mounted on a board just making noise.

So, oldfatguy, are you happy now?!?! You got snow this time. But, hey we were due. Missed the first two and got hammered this time. Haul them antique snowblowers up here to Middletown and do my 800 ft drive.

this was the best one yet ! too bad it was wet packed snow it gave the old snow blowers a tough time. my best one so far for moving the wet stuff is the old toro power handle, man what a tough little machine even with the 3hp briggs engine it didn't clog up as fast like my 2 newer machines.
