It is a Lister-Petter LPW3 3-cylinder, liquid cooled, naturally aspirated diesel engine coupled to an Onan brushless alternator. I believe the alternator is Onan, rather than Newage. Class F insulation, 1,800 rpm - it should be good for about 30,000 hours with some love along the way.

I have wanted one of these for some time, but they are too pricey new, and impossible to find used. A competative model is the Hawkpower 12 kW machine that uses the Newage end/SX 460 regulator and the same Lister-Petter engine.

If you want the spec brochure on this one, or its little brother, the DNAC, shoot me a PM with your email.

It is 11.5 KW. It does use a newage generator section. Good unit but hard to find.
